About Us

About EngageFabric

We're building the gamification infrastructure layer that every product team deserves — powerful, API-first, and ready in minutes, not months.

Our Mission

Gamification works. XP systems, streaks, quests, and leaderboards increase user retention, drive feature adoption, and turn passive users into active advocates. The problem is that building these systems from scratch takes months of engineering effort — time most product teams simply don't have.

EngageFabric exists to change that. We've built the complete gamification stack — game engine, rules engine, real-time leaderboards, quest system, analytics — so your team doesn't have to. Integrate in a day with our REST API and React SDK. Launch in a week. Focus on your product, not the infrastructure.

Our mission is to make best-in-class engagement mechanics accessible to every product team, regardless of size or engineering resources. Gamification shouldn't be a luxury reserved for companies with dedicated platform teams. It should be a standard tool in every developer's toolkit.

Eric Miron

Founder & CEO

Eric is a full-stack engineer and product builder with over a decade of experience in software development. Before founding EngageFabric, he worked across fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise SaaS, where he repeatedly saw product teams struggle to build gamification systems from scratch.

That pattern — teams spending months rebuilding the same XP, leaderboard, and quest infrastructure — is what motivated EngageFabric. Eric designed the platform from the ground up as a multi-tenant, API-first system that handles the complexity of real-time engagement mechanics so product teams can focus on their core product.

He leads all aspects of EngageFabric: architecture, backend development, frontend design, infrastructure, and developer experience. The entire platform — from the NestJS API to the React admin console — is built and maintained by Eric with a focus on production-grade reliability and developer ergonomics.

Why We Built This

The problem is painfully familiar: every product team, at some point, decides to add gamification. They start with XP. Then they need levels. Then leaderboards. Then quests. Six months later, they've built a fragile, custom system that needs its own maintenance, monitoring, and team.

EngageFabric is the solution. Instead of every team reinventing the same infrastructure, we've built it once — with the scale, reliability, and feature depth that custom solutions rarely achieve. Our API-first approach means you integrate with a few lines of code and get a battle-tested engine running immediately.

The vision is simple: gamification should be standard infrastructure — as easy to add as Stripe is for payments or Twilio is for communications. EngageFabric is that layer for engagement.
